All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship to customers across the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

  • International: 14–30 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care and hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Digital products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at bgean25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bgean25@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.
